MBAH Reports on Progress of Motorcycle Rental Division at Arizona Bike Week 2005

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 2005--Representatives and Directors of
MBA Holdings Inc. (OTCBB: MBAH) and its 100% wholly-owned subsidiary companies
consisting of Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals, Street Eagle Motorcycle Rentals, Rent2Ride
Nationwide and Worldwide Motorcycle Rentals recently attended Arizona Bike Week 2005
and report on the following developments and progress:
- Rent2Ride Nationwide, led by Michael (Tim) Lach and Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski,
introduced a new Rent2Ride rental program to Hacienda Customs in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Hacienda Customs commenced rental operations during AZ Bike Week with six custom
rental motorcycles. Hacienda Harley-Davidson, located within the same complex,
currently utilizes up to 150 motorcycles in their rental fleet.
- 70 rental units between Blue Sky and Rent2Ride were rented in Arizona for AZ Bike
Week. 24 BSMR Scottsdale, 25 BSMR Airport, 6 R2R Scottsdale and 15 from BSMR
Tucson.
- New technologies were integrated into the Web Portal Based WorldWide Rental
Management Software by Tim Lach and NMDA Manager Matt Murphy. A rollout version of
the software is introduced with beta testing this week in a Blue Sky Arizona
dealership. Complete and ready-for-sale software is expected as soon as testing is
complete.
- Franchising, licensing and monthly fee structures for Street Eagle, BSMR, WW and
R2R were developed and finalized. Targets, flow charts, task lists, work scope,
calendars and other pertinent items were also discussed, debated and finalized.
- One MBAH shareholder, representing a pool of MBAH investors met with MBAH CEO
Gaylen Brotherson, Blue Sky CEO and Founder Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski, NMDA Manager
Matt Murphy and others over a several day period during AZ Bike Week. Questions from
the investor pool were answered and many ideas brought to MBAH management will be
evaluated and implemented.
- Past and present customer contact, e-mail and website information from the four
rental companies was consolidated into usable data with a program designed
specifically for the NMDA by Richard Hone, B.Sc., M.Eng., Chief Technology Officer,
SOS Technologies, (Canada) Inc. Mr. Hone has agreed to head up the NMDA
"information highway" project with an e-mail discount program and target
specific distribution of company materials. The data collected from the four rental
companies will be converted into new memberships for the NMDA beginning this week.
The Canadian connection also intends to enhance the web portal with language specific
links and Canadian marketing strategies currently in use within motorcycle industry
contacts throughout the entire North American market.
- MBAH personnel participated in the Manheim AZ Bike Week Motorcycle Auction with
the NMDA arranging financing through D & M Leasing and liability and collision
insurance sales though Geico. Karen Braddy, Director of Motorcycle Auctions for
Manheim added, "It was a totally successful auction and I very much enjoyed
being part of the Arizona Bike Week Event."
- Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski has extended his Arizona stay another week to continue
discussions and finalize negotiations with motorcycle distribution personnel, key to
reaching the target of 1000 motorcycles in rental fleet by model year 2006 which
begins production in July 2005.
- CEO Gaylen Brotherson commented on AZ Bike Week, "Fruitful negotiations,
discussions and talks were made during the week with new dealer prospects but more
importantly, we have now laid the groundwork for the integration of MBAH's rental
companies. We have defined our objectives and will use the power these four companies
bring to MBAH to increase our revenues."
