NMDA and Universal Underwriters Group Enter Agreement on Motorcycle Garage Keepers and Open Lot Coverage

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2005--MBA Holdings (OTCBB: MBAH) announced that its subsidiary, National Motorcycle Dealers Association (NMDA) has entered into an agreement with Universal Underwriters Group, a leading insurance provider to underwrite insurance products to franchised motorcycle dealers.

Universal Underwriters Group provides the motorcycle business with one of the most comprehensive insurance packages on the market today. Product offerings include; auto inventory physical damage, property, garage liability, umbrella, crime and other specified coverages.

Universal Underwriters also offers finance and insurance products, such as; credit life, disability coverage, reinsurance and retrospective programs. Additional training and consulting services include; Streamlined Selling SystemŽ, F&I seminars and income development for dealerships.
