SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 15, 2005 -- MBA Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: MBAH.OB) announces an informal Shareholder Meet and Greet at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday, June 18, 2005, beginning at 10:30 AM in the Celebrity Room at Tangiers Towers of the Sahara Hotel.

This informal Meet and Greet was requested by MBAH Shareholders and is expected to be a fun and relaxing time for the Company Shareholders and also the Company Representatives. Present will be Street Eagle Tim Lach, Blue Sky Motorcycle Rentals Wayne (Lumpy) Ordakowski and MBAH CEO Gaylen Brotherson. Together, they will discuss their histories in the motorcycle rental market and also present the new motorcycle and recreational vehicle rental software.
