Street Eagle Opens New Stores

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(MARKET WIRE)--May 1, 2006 -- The Street Eagle, LLC., a subsidiary of MBA Holdings, Inc. In the past month our Maui, Hawaii, Street Eagle store opened and has had their Grand Opening a few weeks ago. The Maui store is owned by Kalani and Richelle and specializes in Custom Chopper Motorcycle from Iron Horse and Big Dog, and also offers a selection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other brands. Street Eagle has just licensed Joe Harrison Motor Sports, located at 9710 N. IH 35, in San Antonio, Texas. Joe Harrison is a long-time Honda, Suzuki, and Big Dog Custom Motorcycle Dealer and they will also rent a wide selection of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, www.jhms.com. They are open and renting; we welcome this successful dealer to the Street Eagle rental family.

In California, our new Street Eagle Rental store is Bay Area Performance Motorcycles, 2560 Wandotte St., Suite # 2, Mountain View, California 94043. Scott and his wife Irene are our newest Licensees in California and will open their rental store on June 1, 2006. www.bapcycles.com. MBA Holdings increases April 2006 direct mail warranty sales by 300% over the previous month! Utilizing its new distributed call center marketing technology, the Company embarked upon a direct mail campaign which routed inbound warranty calls to affiliated marketing call centers. By accessing the Company's Web-enabled CRM selling system, call center agents were able to accurately rate vehicles and sell to consumers directly over the telephone. MBA provides the product, marketing, technology, transaction processing, insurance and fulfillment, as well as Call Center Management training; a complete turn-key solution. The marketing partner call centers are paid a commission for each unit sold. Direct marketing revenues will exceed $200,000 for April 2006. We will open additional call centers in Bloomington, Illinois, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this week to take advantage of the more easterly time zones and increase gross sales.
